Patience was a game taken from Micro User; all I have added is the
defined characters to make it a bit prettier (you may disagree about
that, of course!).

There were no instructions in Micro User, so I ought to leave you to
work it out for yourself, but out of the goodness of my heart here are
some hints.

%H1%Objective

To get all the cards arranged in ascending order from left to right in
the same suit (2 on the left).

%H1%Method

There are four gaps in the playing table, shown as *1..*4. You
nominate which of these gaps you wish to fill by pressing the
appropriate digit (1,2,3 or 4). The gap will be filled, if possible,
by the next card in sequence in the same suit as that immediately to
the left of the gap. Consequently, it is illegal to select to fill
either a gap with another gap to its' left or a gap with a king to its'
left (as aces are removed from the deck). The only exception to this
is the far left-hand space; if a gap falls here and you elect to fill
it, you will be prompted for the suit of the "2" you wish to move into
the gap.

Obviously if you fill a gap, the gap "moves" to the place the card came
from.

If you find yourself in the position of being unable to fill any gaps,
press <SPACE> to re-deal those cards which are not in sequence after a
"2". If you give-up, press <ENTER> to re-deal the whole deck.

The quality of your game is measured by how few moves and how few
re-deals you need. The two scores for moves indicate the number of
successful moves and the number of moves including failed moves. The
numbers in the middle show how many cards were in sequence at the last
re-deal.

The game always comes out!
