1. Upgrading your system to use the latest Toast 'n Jam sound
    driver
-------------------------------------------------------------------

As part of your Windows 95 installation, a default Toast 'n Jam
sound driver ships on the Windows 95 CD-ROM. To upgrade your
Windows 95 installation to use the latest driver, you need to
replace the exsiting driver (named MSSNDSYS.DRV and MSSNDSYS.VXD).
To replace the driver, follow these steps:

I. Select My Computer -> (right mouse button) -> Properties ->
Device Manager -> Sound, video and game contollers -> New Media
.WAVjammer audio adapter Properties -> Driver -> Change Driver
    -> Have Disk.

II. Install "New Media Toast 'n Jam CE Audio Adapter" from the
Toast 'n Jam Drivers Diskette for Windows 95.

-------------------------------------------------------------------
2. Known Problems
-------------------------------------------------------------------

The CE compliant driver disables the hot-eject capabilities of this
card. You must use the Windows 95 approved method of stopping the
card before removing it from your system.

The Toast 'n Jam card must not be in the system at the time Windows
95 boots up. Doing so will cause Media Player to lock up when
playing AVI files. Once Windows 95 has booted and is running you
may then insert your Toast 'n Jam.

-------------------------------------------------------------------
3. CE Compliance
-------------------------------------------------------------------

This sound driver when used with the CE compliant SCSI driver has
been certified to be compliant with the CE test standard. We
recommend that in a CE environment you use the included Windows 95
driver as this driver has been tested to be CE compliant.

As of January 1, 1996, CE Compliance is required by the European
Community. It is not currently required in the United States.
