     I have a 3100 Model 10,with a 486 SX processor running at
33 mhz.
It has an upgrade socket. Does anyone kn ow what kind of an
upgrade processor could be safely installed. Someone told me a
486DX at 100 mhz would be the max. Is that true?
I've seen ads in Tiger software/hardware catalogs that
suggest you could put a 133 mhz Evergreen 586 on the board. The
manual mentions just 486 upgrades but I figured that was written
before the Pentium was introduced.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
