"We invite you to publish this information on intranet or internet as webpages..."

The Spire Project is an extensive project assisting you to the tools and resources
of information research. It includes 4 faqs, 3 websites (http://spireproject.com) and a zip-file.

The zip-file is a portable form of the website. In the interest of convenience, speed
and assistance, we make this file available as free shareware, and invite you to publish
the information on intranet or internet as webpages (not as zip file) provided:

!! Articles and graphics are acknowledged copyright 1998-2000 by Community Networking
!! & the respective article authors.

!! The work is published complete and unaltered as retrieved from the zip file.

!! Community Networking (Australia) retains the right to deny or rescind
   !! publishing permission.

  BUT...

There is no cost involved, but the work is still copyright, and you are not
invited to create derivative works from our labours.

Under no circumstances are you permitted to publish an altered version of these
webpages without our written consent. This action would directly affect the
commercial exploitation of our labours and violate the recognition due to the
copyright owners. Further, some of the images included are not ours, but
distributed with permission. We are particularly keen not to misuse these graphics.

The distribution status of the program is limited to Simtel.net and our websites.
