Copy macro file MCRCHECK.EDM to where you find the other Editor macros, probably C:\EDITOR. (And just ignore the other macro files in the package as long as you don't need them.)

Retrieve your WordPerfect 5.1 macro to be scanned for errors like missing tildes to the Editor screen, and start (Alt-F10) MCRCHECK. When MCRCHECK discovers an error, it will stop and display a message telling you what it 'thinks' is wrong, giving you the opportunity to correct it.

If, you have a reason to use MCRCHECK for checking macros converted to DOS text (or to WordPerfect file format), or if you'd like to make sure there are no errors in varnames and labelnames, you'll find the necessary instructions in the included document.
