Record Checker PPE, History File

New in Version 1.4

This version requires PCBoard 15.4+. Updated the code to include
verification of the Personal Information PSA if it is installed.
This includes Gender, Birthdate, Email, and Web Address Information.

New lines have been added to the RCPRMPT file. Update your prompts
    accordingly.

A new line was added to the RCDISP.LST file. The new line is the
Personal Information Missing Screen to display.

New In Version 1.3

I updated the address verification so that it allows the users to enter
all the required information. Before, if the PPE wasn't set to /FORCE
it would prompt them, accept one input the continue on without
allowing them to fill in the rest (they would get re-prompted for the
rest during each log-in until it was all filled in).

Also note, this version is compiled with PPLC 3.20 and will run
under PCB 15.22+. The next version, to be released shortly, will
require 15.4+, as support for the new PSA's will be added, and
must be compiled with PPLC 3.4.

I wanted to get this fix out before working on that. I've named the
archive IS_R2_13.ZIP so it will stay available longer and not get
automatically replaced by the new version.

New In Version 1.2

No new features, minor code tweaking.

This PPE is now a part of the Intelec Software Extra's Collection.
It is still freeware, but will be distributed alongside the
popular Intelec Software Powerpak Suite. By combining these powerful
collections of Shareware and Freeware, you can find many just about
anything you'll need to make your BBS the best around!

I still retain the copyright and will continue to upgrade it as needed
    with new enhancements.

Compiled with PPLC 3.20, requires PCBoard 15.22+

Renamed distribution archive to match my archive naming format.

Changed - The PPE no longer forces the user to enter the information.
If no information is entered, then the user will be prompted
for the information each time they log on.
The old method of forcing the user to enter the information
before they can continue is still available by adding the
          Parameter /FORCE.

Note: One side effect which can't be helped is that if /FORCE
isn't used, then if the ADDRESS PSA needs updated, it will
only update 1 line each time the use logs on. If anyone wants
to know the logic behind the option and the change, just ask.

Added - In the Address PSA check, I've added an indicator ( a red *) next
to the numbers that must be filled in (Street 1, Cuty, State,
and ZIP) if they are empty.
