TITLE:    Facelift Fonts Not Added to Windows Print Driver
PRODUCT:  WordPerfect 5.1/5.2 for Windows


Problem
You install Facelift for Windows, but the installed fonts are not
added to the Windows printer driver.


Concept
Fonts installation is completed only when you update the .WRS file
in WordPerfect for Windows.  The .WRS file contains information
from the Windows printer driver such as your printer's fonts and
paper sizes.


Solution
Update the .WRS file.

1    Restart Windows, then open WordPerfect for Windows.

If the message Updating Printer Information appears when you
restart WordPerfect, then you do not need to complete step 2.

2    Choose Select Printer from the File menu, then choose Update.

If the fonts are still not added to the font list and you are using
FaceLift version 1.5, 

1    Close WordPerfect, then open Facelift.

2    Select the printer name.

3    Select the Assign Shell Driver check box, then choose OK.

4    Exit and restart Windows.

5    Open WordPerfect for Windows.

If the message Updating Printer Information appears when you
restart WordPerfect, then you do not need to complete step 6.

6    Choose Select Printer from the File menu, then choose Update.

If the fonts are still not added to the font list and you are using
FaceLift version 2.0, 

1    Go into Printers and highlight the printer you are using.

2    Choose Print with FaceLift.

3    Exit and restart Windows.

4    Open WordPerfect for Windows.

If the message Updating Printer Information appears when you
restart WordPerfect, then you do not need to complete step 5.

5    Choose Select Printer from the File menu, then choose Update.
