To Use:
Double-click VariPlayer.exe
File-->Open to load video file.

Click and drag bottom slider to control speed.

Microsoft Windows Directshow 6.4 is required.
In this release video file must be downloaded onto local drive or LAN.
VariPlayer is quite well tested on Windows 98, and has been tested with some success on Windows 2000. If your MediaPlayer plays the video file, VariPlayer should be able to as well.
