Welcome to Wallpaper Drag 3.0


This Windows 95/98 tray-based utility, lets you drag a full-sized version of your wallpaper to place it exactly where you want it. You can also use it to change the startup and shut down logo screens to any image, access the desktop icons, switch display modes, access screen saver settings, browse your computer drives, quickly switch wallpaper files, and keep your Internet connection alive.

This program is shareware and can be freely distributed.



Installation

Run the wdrag.exe file and follow the instructions.



Changes from version 2.5

 Frames. Now you can add different types of frames to your wallpaper.
 You can also use any image as a background, instead of just a solid color.

Also, Wallpaper Drag works with Internet Explorer 4 and Windows 98 Active Desktop and supports User Profiles, so each user can have their own wallpapers.
