Welcome to PC-TimeClock for Windows 95/98/NT4/2000/ME!

FOR WINDOWS 3.1 AND 3.11 USERS
------------------------------
You want PC-TimeClock ver. 1.4, which can be
obtained from our web site:

    http://www.KMRConsulting.com

or by contacting us.

FOR CURRENT USERS OF PC-TIMECLOCK
---------------------------------
Be sure that you don't have PC-TimeClock or
PC-TimeClock Reporter running while you install
this new version. If they are, you will get an
error message; in that case, exit the program(s)
and restart the installation.

INSTALLING THE SHAREWARE VERSION
--------------------------------
1) Click the Start button on the taskbar.

2) Move the mouse pointer to Settings, and click
   Control Panel.

3) Double click the Add/Remove Programs entry,
and then click the Install button.

4) Click the Next button until you get to the Run
   Installation Program screen.

5) Enter the pathname to the setup.exe file. It will be
in the folder in which you unpacked the .zip or .exe
file. Or, you can use the Browse button to locate it.

6) Click the Next button, and then follow the
   instructions that appear.

IF YOU ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS IN THE INSTALLATION
---------------------------------------------
1) Some users have reported a conflict between a file used
temporarily during the installation and other files on
their system. If you get strange error messages during
the installation, try booting your system in safe mode.
For Windows 95 users, this is done by pressing the F8
key when the screen says "Starting Windows 95..." and
then selecting "Safe mode" from the menu that appears.
After the installation, reboot your computer normally.

2) For any other problems, by all means contact us at

and we'll help you resolve the problem.
