Application Objective.

Hired, is an application specificaly written for private hire 
and taxi companies. 

It automates all functions from job input through to invoice 
production and includes a colour co-ordinated grid which 
indicates the status of all current jobs. 

A jobs status can be updated to 'POB' or 'Complete' by two mouse 
clicks. 

To reduce the amount of keying required to input job details
the application has the facility to recall a previously input 
job and re-use it as the bassis of new job.

The application as well as producing Invoices will also produce 
job sheets to back the invoices up. 

Driver management and vehicle tracking are also included.

Installation.

Run the setup program and follow the on screen prompts. Before
attempting to run the application ensure that you have the required 
VB6 runtime files.

Program Status.

This is a shareware version of the program which includes 95% of 
the full versions functionality.

The application can be tried for 31 days to enable you to determine 
if it meets your requirements. The functionality missing from the 
application is mainly to do with the recording of receipts against
invoices and one or two reports which require more than one months 
data in order to operate.

Problems Or Errors.

During the installation process you may get an error message stating
MSVCRT20.DLL has caused a sharing violation just press ignore, in the
event of any other errors occurring if you have the option to ignore
then do so. Hired will install successfully in the event of an error
which can be ignored occurring.
