    TRD1... Teach ReaDing program.

Your reading skills may be improved by using this program.

It will put a line of words on the screen for a short time. The line of
words will be replaced by a single word. You are then asked whether the
word was in the list. The process is then repeated.

Only by scanning the list of words efficiently will you be able to answer
the question with any confidence. The act of scanning lines of text is
a coordination skill, and if you have never concentrated on it as the
program forces you to, you may be able to improve your reading.

To use the program, simply enter TRD1.

This version of the program is FreeWare. Not only MAY you give it away,
I would be grateful if you did so... particularly if you give copies
to schools. I would be very grateful for an Email or postcard telling
me a little about yourself... creating this took hours- I'd like to
know that it was worth at least a look to someone. Also, I would be
very interested to know what distribution channels work. Where did you
get the program? Furthermore, I may have information on new products
to send you from time to time. Lastly, I like postcards!

I am a teacher, doing programming for 'fun'... but polishing it for
distribution takes many UN-fun hours... so my shareware products will
have to generate some revenue or I'll stop producing them. I can be
contacted as follows, in order of preference....
