Time Card is a business application which allows employees to track
their work hours by punching time in and time out on the computer.
It is designed for ease of use and power allowing quick operation
from the command line or graphical user interface and includes time
management, a powerful E-Mail system, varied report generation,
network support, password security and a full range of maintenance
features...+

Time Card is simple to use yet powerful in its scope. A full
featured Electronic Message base allows employees and supervisors a
common ground for communication while the network version is perfect
for the PC based office. Time Card offers a wide range of reports
either to the screen, file or printer while the pay period is
adjustable to meet most pay schedules.

Security is no problem with a two-tiered operator password system and
an employee password system. The later may be turned on or off
depending on security needed. To the normal user all menu options
are available and only by pressing a hot-key in combination with the
system password is the maintenance menu available. This 'invisible'
menu system creates a more friendly atmosphere for the average user
who does not need to know about how to edit the log file, or enter a
new employee account for example.

Time Card comes in four versions depending on your needs. Due to
space restrictions all four were not included in the shareware
package but may be ordered by filling out the file invoice or
choosing the menu option 'Register' from the exit menu. The four
configurations are:

20 Users: Non-network (Designed for the non-networked office and
uses the minimum amount of memory.)

100 Users: Non-network (For more employees and/or larger datafile
			 needs on a single computer.)

20 Users: Network (Works in any network environment which has
			 DOS SHARE.EXE installed. Minimum memory
			 usage.)

100 Users: Network (Works in any network environment which has
DOS SHARE.EXE installed. Handles more employees
			 and larger datafiles.)

What customers have said about TIME CARD:

"I looked at commercial packages costing ten times as much.
Your product does the job great. I think you have a very
	 useful program."

			    - Howard Parks
			      Educational Systems, Inc.
			      Northbrooke, IL

"I like your program very much and have incorporated it into
a clients bar-code machine. Employees scan thier id tags
into the bar code reader which translates the code into a
name. I then create a batch file called "Sue.bat" which has
the command "card <Sue's SS#>" and presto! I will recommend
Time Card to all my clients."
